Welcome to FiscoBridge! You're now equipped with a powerful Sales Data Controller (SDC) solution that will simplify your fiscal compliance and transaction management. The installation process is straightforward and typically takes just 10-15 minutes. Once installed, you'll be able to securely process transactions, generate fiscal invoices, maintain compliance, and access real-time reporting features.
System Requirements: Ensure your system meets minimum requirements (2GB RAM, 200MB disk space, modern processor)
Administrator Access: You'll need administrator/sudo privileges to install FiscoBridge
Internet Connection: Recommended for cloud synchronization and updates (not required for operation)
POS System Details: Have your POS system information ready for seamless integration
When you first launch FiscoBridge, follow these simple steps to get your SDC ready:
Connect Smart Card Reader: Plug in your smart card reader to your computer's USB port
Insert Smart Card: Insert your smart card (Secure Element) into the reader
Enter PIN: Enter your PIN when prompted by FiscoBridge
Verify Status: Check that all indicators are green in the FiscoBridge application window, confirming the smart card is properly recognized and authenticated
Call SDC from POS: Once your smart card is verified and all indicators show green, simply call the SDC service from your POS system to begin processing compliant transactions
FiscoBridge includes a training mode that lets you test all features without creating actual fiscal invoices. Use training invoices to familiarize yourself with the interface, test POS integration, generate sample reports, and verify that everything is working correctly before processing real transactions. This is a critical step that ensures smooth operation when you go live.
To connect FiscoBridge with your POS system, your POS needs to call our SDC API. Complete API documentation is available by clicking on the API URL link displayed in the FiscoBridge main application window. This documentation contains all the endpoints, parameters, and authentication details your POS developer needs to integrate with FiscoBridge. Issue: Installer won't start
Solution: Run as administrator and disable antivirus temporarily. Some security software may interfere with installation.
Issue: Smart card not recognized
Solution: Ensure drivers are installed. Check that your smart card reader is properly connected. If issues persist, contact our support team for OS-specific driver assistance.
Issue: POS integration failing
Solution: Verify API credentials, ensure network connectivity, and check that POS system is running. Contact support for detailed troubleshooting.
Issue: Activation code not working
Solution: Check internet connection, verify license hasn't expired, and ensure you're using the correct activation code. Email support@fiscobridge.com for license assistance.
