Subscription and Payments
Payments are accepted through the following methods:
- Stripe (credit/debit cards): Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Bank Transfers:
- Accepted upon request.
- Subscriptions are activated after payment confirmation, which can take several business days.
- Customers are responsible for covering all associated bank fees.
- Subscriptions are charged automatically based on the chosen plan.
- All subscriptions are final; no refunds or cancellations after the subscription is active unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy
You can test invoice fiscalization features at no cost before purchasing a subscription using our "Training" invoice type or sandbox smart cards (for POS developers) where all features are unlocked. Refunds are not allowed. We do not provide refunds for unused subscription periods. If you are not satisfied with your subscription or no longer using the service, you are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next renewal date by emailing us at contact@fiscobridge.com.
Partner & Reseller Licences
Partners and resellers purchase licences in advance as a pre-paid licence pool and generate or activate individual licences for their own end customers. The licence pool is sold on a non-refundable basis. Because generating or activating a licence provisions live fiscalization software that cannot be reclaimed, reset, or resold, any licence that has been generated, issued, or activated is treated as delivered and used in full, and is non-refundable — regardless of whether the end customer subsequently uses it. This applies to all partner and reseller licences in addition to the subscription terms above.

You agree to provide accurate personal information and keep your subscription details secure.
Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, and software, is the property of MetricMaster LLC.
Limitation of Liability
MetricMaster LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Fiji, Samoa, Vanuatu, and Papua New Guinea.
Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting.
