FiscoBridge respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your account, what data is removed, what we are required to retain by law, and how long the process takes.
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your account on our website.
Click on the Delete Account button below.
Confirm the deletion by entering your password.
* This action is irreversible. Once confirmed, your account cannot be recovered.
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our active systems:
Profile information — name, email address, phone number, and contact details.
Authentication credentials — passwords and login tokens.
Saved payment methods and billing contacts.
Uploaded files and digital certificates linked to your account.
API keys, integration tokens, and connected third-party accounts (Xero, Zoho, MYOB, QuickBooks, etc.).
Usage history, support conversations, and preferences.
FiscoBridge operates accredited Sales Data Controller (SDC) and fiscalization services in jurisdictions where tax authorities legally require us to retain certain transactional records — even after an account is closed. These records cannot be deleted on request:
Fiscal invoice records — issued and submitted to Fiji FRCS (VMS), Samoa TIMS, or Vanuatu VSMS. Retention period is set by the relevant tax authority (typically 5–7 years).
Audit logs — signed transaction records and verification chains required by fiscal regulations.
Billing and invoicing records — kept to meet statutory accounting and anti-fraud obligations.
After deletion, retained records are anonymised where the law allows and are accessible only to authorised personnel for compliance, audit, and legal purposes.
Account access is revoked immediately upon confirmation.
Personal data is removed from active systems within 30 days.
Backups containing your data are overwritten within 90 days as part of our regular backup rotation.
Export your data first. You can download your invoices and fiscal records from the Customer Portal before deletion. Once your account is gone, this data is no longer accessible to you.
Cancel your subscription instead. If you simply want to stop being billed, you can cancel your subscription without deleting your account — keeping access to historical records.
Pause an integration. If you no longer need a specific accounting integration (Xero, Zoho, etc.), you can disconnect it from the Integrations page without affecting the rest of your account.
If you have lost access to your account and cannot log in to complete the steps above, email us from the address originally registered with the account. We may ask for additional verification to confirm your identity before processing a deletion request.
