If you are VAT-registered in Fiji, Samoa, or Vanuatu and issue invoices from a POS, an accredited Sales Data Controller is required by law on every sale. The tax authority offers a Virtual SDC (V-SDC) for very low-volume taxpayers, but most businesses use an External SDC (E-SDC) like FiscoBridge because it works offline, signs invoices locally, and removes any dependency on the tax authority's servers being reachable at the moment of sale.

If you process more than a handful of receipts a day, run multiple checkouts, or trade in areas with unreliable internet, an E-SDC is the practical choice.

The right SDC depends on three things: where you trade, how your POS connects, and what you need on top of plain fiscalization.

  • Choose Lite if you operate one or a few checkouts, your POS already handles its own reporting, and you only need accredited fiscal signing and tax-authority submission at the lowest price.
  • Choose Pro if you want daily fiscal reports, comprehensive analytics, and on-premise integrations with Odoo, MYOB, or Sage in addition to SDC functionality.

FiscoBridge SDC is POS-agnostic. It exposes a simple REST API following the official tax-authority specification, so any POS — desktop, web, mobile, or custom-built — can connect. We have working integrations with retail, hospitality, pharmacy, and fuel-station POS systems across Fiji, Samoa, and Vanuatu, and POS vendors typically complete an integration in a few days.

Both plans include the full accredited Sales Data Controller — invoice signing, tax-authority submission, proof of audit, and POS compatibility. Pro adds advanced daily reporting, comprehensive fiscal reports and analytics, and on-premise integrations with Odoo, MYOB, and Sage. Lite is the most affordable accredited SDC for businesses whose POS or accounting software already covers reporting.

Each FiscoBridge SDC license activates one device — typically one POS terminal, till, or workstation that signs invoices. If you run multiple checkouts, multiple branches, or a back-office workstation that issues invoices, add a license for each. Yes — the prices shown on this page already include any applicable VAT or sales tax. The amount you see is the amount you pay, with the full tax breakdown shown on your invoice.

Yes. You can change between monthly and yearly billing from the Customer Portal. Switching to yearly applies the discount on your next renewal; switching to monthly takes effect after your current yearly term ends.

Yes. You can upgrade from Lite to Pro at any time from the Customer Portal — the new Pro features unlock immediately and you only pay the price difference, prorated for the remaining term. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Yes — you can cancel any time from the Customer Portal. Your SDC stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Every fiscal record signed during your subscription remains submitted to and stored with the tax authority as required by law, so cancelling FiscoBridge does not affect the legal validity of past invoices.
