Frequently Asked Questions

Each license is uniquely tied to a specific device or POS instance. If you change your hardware or move to a new device, you will need to obtain a new license for that specific unit.

If your payment fails, no license will be generated or activated. You must complete a successful transaction to receive your license keys. If you continue to experience issues with card payments, you can opt for a bank transfer using the link at the top of this page.

If you are expanding your business or adding more fiscal points, you simply need to purchase an additional license for each new device you wish to activate.

Each license is valid for one SDC instance. If you need to manage multiple fiscal points, please ensure you have selected the correct quantity of licenses during checkout.
