This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and MetricMaster LLC, provider of FiscoBridge ("we", "our", "us").
By using FiscoBridge services, including integrations with third-party platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, Zoho Books, POS systems, and other accounting or business software, you agree to this Agreement.
1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FiscoBridge services for business purposes, including fiscalization, cloud POS, and integrations.
2. Service Description
- Sales Data Controller (SDC) for local invoice signing
- Cloud POS solutions
- Cloud API integrations with accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, Zoho Books, etc.)
- Processing of invoices, payments, refunds, cancellations, and related transactions
- Transmission of fiscal data to tax authority systems (e.g. VMS, TIMS, VSMS)
3. Third-Party Services
FiscoBridge integrates with third-party platforms, including but not limited to QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, Zoho Books, and various POS systems.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for third-party platforms or their services.
Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
4. Data Usage
By using the service, you authorize us to:
- Access, retrieve, and process your invoice and transaction data
- Transmit required data to tax authority systems
- Store data necessary for compliance, logging, and audit purposes
We do not sell your data.
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete data
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations
- Maintain security of API keys, credentials, and devices
- Ensure proper configuration of connected systems
6. Availability & Processing
FiscoBridge may process data in real-time or asynchronously, including queueing data during offline periods and synchronizing once connectivity is restored.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiscoBridge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These terms are violated
- Required by law or tax authorities
9. Changes
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
