Pricing Questions

A seat is one user account that can sign in and operate the POS. If only one person at a time will be issuing invoices, one seat is enough. Add a seat for each cashier or location that needs to work simultaneously.

Yes. You can change between monthly and yearly billing from the Customer Portal. Switching to yearly applies the discount on your next renewal; switching to monthly takes effect after your current yearly term ends.

Yes. Seats can be added at any time from the Customer Portal and become active immediately. Removed seats take effect at the next billing cycle, so you keep what you've paid for.

No specialised hardware is required. Any modern device with a browser will work. If you want printed receipts, FiscoBridge Cloud POS supports common thermal receipt printers — bring the printer you already have, or ask us for a recommended model.

Yes — the prices shown on this page already include any applicable VAT or sales tax. The amount you see is the amount you pay, with the full tax breakdown shown on your invoice.

Yes — you can cancel any time from the Customer Portal. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Fiscal records issued during your subscription remain stored and accessible to the tax authority as required by law.
