Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth or Scale at any time. Contact us and we will assist you with a seamless transition. Your new invoice limits will apply immediately after upgrading.
Yes, you can cancel your Integration subscription at any time through the Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
